Delete your HAVIT account
Last updated 2026-11-04
This page explains how to delete an account in the HAVIT app, operated by Mazaya, and what happens to your data when you do.
Delete it in the app
- Open HAVIT and go to Account.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete account, and confirm.
It takes effect straight away — unless you have an order that is still on its way. An open order has to finish first, delivered or cancelled, because it is still something we owe you; the app tells you when that is the reason.
If you can't open the app
Write to support@havit-app.com and include the phone number of the account. Before deleting anything we will confirm the request with you on that number — anyone can send an email, and only the account holder should be able to delete the account. We will write back when it is done.
What is deleted, and what is kept
Erased:
- your name, city, language preference and phone number
- your whole address book, including addresses you had already deleted
- your saved products and shops
- the basket you were in the middle of
- your searches, where they were recorded against your account
Kept, and why:
- your orders — the items, the prices and what was paid — because they are financial records with a legal minimum; we do not delete them
- the delivery address of each order, a separate copy frozen when you ordered, kept with that order
- your record of accepting the privacy policy and the terms, as the only evidence of what you agreed to and when
Everything kept is separated from you: the account it points at no longer holds your name or your phone number.
Signing up again with the same number creates a new, empty account. Nothing above comes back.
The full detail is in the Privacy Policy, section 6.
Shop and driver accounts
Accounts in the HAVIT Merchant and HAVIT Driver apps are created by HAVIT rather than signed up for, so they are closed by us. Write to support@havit-app.com from the shop or driver concerned. Settlement and cash records are financial records and are kept for the same legal minimum as orders.
